Minnesota Appellate Court Rules Concerning Briefs
Rules 128 - 132 of the Minnesota Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure cover appellate court briefs. These rules are available on the web at the Minnesota State Court System's web site. These rules are also available in hard copy in volume 51 of the Minnesota Statutes Annotated set (call no. KFM 5430 1946 .A315).
