Law 6622 Physical Evidence

Physical Evidence/Expert Witness class scheduled for Mondays, 3:30 to 5:30:

There is no text for this course. An outline of the course and reading list will be handed out in the first class. Regardless of whether you have taken evidence and criminal procedure, please review Article 7 of the Federal Rules of Evidence and read the following three cases before the first class:

Frye v. United States, 54 App. D.C. 46, 293 F. 1013 (1923);

Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals, 509 U.S. 579 (1993);

Kumho Tire Co., Ltd., v. Carmichael, 526 U.S. 137 (1999).
