Law 6153 - Wills and Trusts - First Assignment

All the reading assignments are from Family Property Law (3d ed. Foundation Press) by Waggoner, Alexander, Fellows, and Gallanis. You are responsible for reading provisions of the uniform laws, particularly the Uniform Probate Code and Uniform Trust Code, related to the reading assignments. Those provisions are identified at the beginning of each section in the casebook. These Code provisions can be found in the statutory supplement, Uniform Trust and Estate Statutes 2004-05 (Foundation Press), which is edited by Langbein and Waggoner.
