Law 6051 - Syllabus

Required materials for this class are: (1) the 5th edition of the textbook Klein & Ramseyer, Business Associations, indicated in the syllabus as Klein & Ramseyer [page number]; (2) the 2005 Supplement, indicated in the syllabus as Supplement [page number], (3) a statute book, Corporations and Business Associations, Statutes, Rules, Materials and Forms (2005 Edition), indicated in the syllabus as Statutes [section number (or page number, for materials that aren=t statutes)]; and (4) additional materials, on the TWEN page for this class. Each class has a class page, in which any supplementary material for the class is available. The required books are available at the bookstore.

Unless the syllabus otherwise indicates, you do not need to read the questions, problems, or 'analyses' in the textbook, or the comments to any of the statutory materials. You should, however, read the notes and sections in the textbook entitled "aftermath."
